Registration & Eligibility

1. Registration is open to healthcare professionals and participants who meet the eligibility criteria for their selected participant category.
2. Participants are responsible for selecting the correct category. The Committee may verify eligibility.
3. In case of incorrect category:
   1. Adjust category and request price difference
   2. Cancel without refund if not eligible

Fees & Payment

1. Fees are quoted in:
   1. IDR for Indonesian participants
   2. USD for foreign participants
2. Registration is valid after full payment.
3. Early Bird has limited quota.
4. All transaction fees are participant responsibility.

Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

1. Non-refundable, including:
   1. Personal reasons
   2. Visa rejection
   3. Scheduling conflicts
   4. Force majeure
2. Registration cannot be transferred without approval.
3. No ticket downgrade.

Event Changes & Force Majeure

1. The Committee may:
   1. Modify schedule
   2. Substitute speakers
   3. Change format
2. Event may change without refund obligation.

Attendance & Access

1. Access based on ticket type.
2. Must show QR code / badge.
3. Violation may result in removal without refund.

Certificates

1. Issued only to valid attendees.
2. Names follow submitted data (no responsibility for errors).

Data Protection & Privacy

1. Data used for:
   1. Administration
   2. Communication
   3. Certification
2. Participants consent to data usage.

Photography & Recording

1. Event may be recorded.
2. Participants allow usage without compensation.

Liability Disclaimer

1. Not liable for:
   1. Injury
   2. Loss of belongings
   3. Travel issues
2. Participants are responsible for themselves.

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Indonesia.
