Registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Personal reasons
Visa rejection
Scheduling conflicts
Force majeure affecting the participant
Registration may not be transferred to another person unless explicitly approved in writing by the Organizing Committee.
Ticket downgrades are not permitted.
